JAKARTA, 18 January 2022 – President Jokowi confirmed Technical Guidelines on Procedures for the Implementation of Public Service Mall (PSM) as stated in the Minister of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Regulations No.92/2021. The Technical Guidelines was drafted by Ministry of PANRB and Canadian-funded NSLIC/NSELRED project.
Between July and December 2021, the team has drafted the PANRB Ministerial Regulation which is a delegation of Presidential Regulation on the Implementation of PSM. The PANRB Ministerial Regulation mainly contains provisions related to the PSM integration and scope of services, procedures for the establishment of PSM, coordination mechanism, community satisfaction measures, and monitoring and evaluation.
The public test of the PANRB Ministerial Regulation was carried out on October 19, 2021 by representatives of the Investment Board One Stop-Service (DPMPTSP) and PSM from various regions with the Head of Sidoarjo DPMPTSP, Head of Bandung DPMPTSP, and Head of Pekanbaru DPMPTSP as keynote speakers. A number of inputs have been obtained during the public test to finalize the draft of PANRB Ministerial Regulation.
A harmonization meeting between the PANRB Ministry, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, and the Cabinet Secretariat was conducted on December 8, 2021 in order to complete the formulation of the PANRB Ministerial Regulation, before requesting the President’s approval through the Cabinet Secretariat.
The PANRB Ministerial Regulation on Procedures for the Implementation of PSM as well as the Technical Guidelines will be disseminated for use in 34 provinces with the aim of accelerating the rate of investment growth in Indonesia.
